There are not enough words to truly say how incredible this company is! Our water heater started leaking late Thursday night. We called first thing Friday morning and they were out within the hour. Installed a new water heater before the kids even got home from school. But that's not even what makes them incredible! My husband was home alone dealing with all of this and trying to figure out what to do with our soaked carpet. He had a mitigation specialist come out and give a 2,000 quote. But then, Crockett told my husband that he didn't have to go through all of that. He helped my husband move the furniture out, pull up the carpet to dry, then hauled off the destroyed pad. He then gave us tips on what to do next, when the carpet had dried. What other company do you know who'd go that out of their way for a customer?!? I was speechless when my husband told me what they'd done for us, to help save us money. These are real people who believe in taking care of other people.

We are very pleased with the excellent work that Crockett Patterson Construction and Plumbing has always done for us. We have had many and varied jobs over the last 3 years at two of our properties and after working with them, I would never call anyone else! I would give them 10 stars if I could.
