Mac P	Called in the day the water went cold. They were able to give me a morning appointment the following day. They dropped in a new Rheem in about 2 hours. My install was a little longer because it had to be brought back up to code with an expansion tank. The price was fair at under 1k. I drained the tank before they got here. I would do business with them again! Amazing customer service. On a side note the Rheem water heater they use had all metal fittings. And the big box store had plastic. Glad I went with them.
