Had a plumbing issue in my pharmacy and Chambers had a plumber here in 15 minutes. It was a bigger job than expected but within an hour they were all finished up! We are SO thankful !

Bought a septic system and repplumbed the whole house. The septic tank collapsed within a year and we contacted other more reputable septic companies to evaluate before contacting Kevin Chambers and they all said it was two feet too deep and several other problems one being septi backed up in bath tub daily. When we contacted Chambers he said it's not his problem and denied everything. So my rating is 0 stars but had to select one.

They did the work on our new home. From the beginning we had many problems, some major, some minor. Some we fixed ourselves, some family members helped us fix, some we had to contact our builder and have him send Chambers back out. He told our builder and anybody that would listen that it was our fault, or the pan guy's fault, or anybody else he could blame. We had constant problems for over a year, ALWAYS plumbing related. I had an awesome trim contractor out here over a year later doing some work for me. Chambers pulled up beside this contractor, not realizing that I was standing on the driveway, and began telling my contractor about how things HE had done were OUR fault. I'm still a little unclear on why he needed to stop at all, but here's a future tip for you sir. Sound travels. If you do that again, I'm going to list, item by item, the mistakes you made on every single place I can write a review. Try to be a little more professional and take responsibility for your own work. We also received none of the warranty manuals or product info on anything plumbing related except our hot water heater. We feel that was an accident since it was haphazardly left in the attic near the water heater. Consequently we had to recently replace our kitchen faucet because it has had a handle leak and the model could not even be found by the manufacturer. We would not allow them to install a garden hose for us at this point.
