Patti Tschirhart	Big John's put in our septic system about a month ago after waiting for 7 months. Once the septic was installed, they left and NEVER came back to finish spreading the dirt or to collapse our old tanks which was part of our original agreement. That's probably why they ask for the entire payment of front. They left my yard a total desaster and all we get is the run around when we call them. We are unable to move forward with the installation of a new fence until we get the holes filled in that they were supposed to take care of. I would NOT recommend them.

From the first phone call they walked us through what we were needing, pricing and getting a time set up. They even called a day early they ended up with a opening and asked if they could come.
