Plumbing services by Rooter Man of Belton in Belton, Texas

The fee charged was excessive and we had a homeowners policy that only required a set fee. We called a different, well reviewed plumbing company to access the job done by this company. The item replaced, Rooter Man, said was the licensing required type. The man lied about who he was. He was not the Martin shown on the website. He was rude. I came real close to reporting the company to the plumbing licensing office as fraudulent. Somehow they were the same people as Value Rooter with same address and phone number. Value Rooter has since closed permanently. Something was not right with the two companies.

We had an appointment on Friday between 8-5 and they had to reschedule for Monday. The plumbers showed up on Monday and couldn't even clear a slow drain. They were rude and left a horrible mess then tried to tell us that we would have to replace the pipe 2,800.00. Stay away!!

Excellent customer service and repair. Fast response, professional, respectful, informative, fair pricing. Willing to travel to Waco to take care of our needs. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs plumbing repairs. We certainly will call them the next time we need help.
