David Wise | D'Spain installed a new HVAC system in my home in 2006 when I first purchased my ranch. I've continued to use them over the years to service and maintain the system. In January of this year, I discovered that the blower motor was not running. A D'Spain service man came out the next morning and advised that the blower motor would need to be replaced. Given the age of the system, and the expense of a blower motor, I opted to replace the whole system. Ray D'Spain called a short while later and offered to come out to look over the situation and discuss my options, which he did. I opted for a mini-split system, which D'Spain installed the following week. I'm happy with the new system and with the quality of the service I receive. |
