Plumbing services by Josco Plumbing South in Austin, Texas

We ordered new fixtures on all of our upstairs bathrooms and quickly discovered that we needed new cartridges per our plumber. I called Delta to see what cartridge I needed and went to Josco to buy three from them for 148. Upon the return of the plumber these were not the correct cartridges so he went to get the correct ones. Upon my trip to return the cartridges I could tell there was going to be a problem. Because one of them had water on it, that is considered "Installed" and not returnable. I asked to speak to the person in charge as I did not think that was fair. He quickly told me he was doing me right by taking back two of them but could not take all three. As we had this discussion I could see clearly that he was not a reasonable person as he asked me to be "logical". I felt that he was insulting me and I did not like that. He told me that they have been installed, and they had not! He vey much lacks PR skills and did not care what I thought or not. He seemed easily frustrated and made no effort to hide it. Upon my giving in to what is VERY unfair business I told him that I would not be returning to his business. He held his arms in the air as a gesture to say "who cares". Friendly service, not at all even upon going in the first time to get the cartridges and most certainly not upon my returning to the business.

The folks here are experts. I have Pella windows and a latch broke. Brought the part to them. The gentleman here took the time to identify and call and track down that there were 3 different companies that the replacement part was outsourced to. He finally found, ordered and mailed the part to our home. That was much more time than the part and I appreciate the opportunity to be able to offer this review as proof of great customer service.

Friendly service and staff. They have been at this location forever. They usually have fine to hard plumbing supplies.
