Sam and Stan did a great job replacing our water heater. Our water heater is up in the attic so it cost more to replace but you get what you pay for. They were thorough and double checked a lot of stuff to make sure the new water heater would fit. All the connections appear to be high quality. My only complaint with a ARS is not with Sam or Stan but with the installation schedulers. I repeatedly told them that I would like the water heater picked up from Home Depot but the message was never conveyed to Sam and Stan. Sam and Stan we're both very professional about it and did not complain and went ahead and picked it up from Home Depot without any problems. I would definitely recommend Sam and Stan again but make sure you coordinate everything through them when getting a quote.

I was so impressed with ARS! They called me back immediately and had someone out that day. Tom was great he tried the lesser expensive routes first which I really appreciated and went above and beyond helping me find my clean out. Will absolutely use them again!!!

The installation crew did a great job. They were very thorough in making sure the in house unit was fully sealed to the duct work. They did a great job of putting down floor covering and then cleaning up after they finished the installation. They also did a good job of showing me the new Nest thermostat instructions.
