Kelee Webster	The tech was in my house less than 15 minutes. The heater would kick on and then kick right back off. He opened the panel went to his truck GOT A BRUSH, no other tools. He came back inside and said dust and carbon can build up on some bar and the sensor will detect it and kick the heater back off. HE BRUSHED THE BAR went and turned on my heater and it stayed on. I was expecting to pay a minimum of one hour for coming out. I was charged 184.00. I called and they offered to take 10 off 18.40. I have always used them in the past, they have lost a customer. I use to consider them fair and reasonable, not anymore.
H	OVER CHARGING a customer 390 to replace a faucet that she already had for less than an hour it took to replace, so not recommended, be aware. Shame on you.
