Where do I start? They were supposed to crush old fiberglass tank and fill in with dirt, but instead they took their backhoe and tried to just spread the extra dirt in the back yard. So now they old tank is just a hole. On the newly installed tank it is sitting up too high, and was told “oh we left it up that high so you could bring in some nice new dirt.” Now that's is been a little bit since installation the soil around the tank has settled, and the ditches dug for the sprinkler lines has become a ditch again. One of our sprinklers has also settled and is underground so it doesn't work. We were told that when the ground dries up they would bring dirt in and fix all the problems, but now they came out today and we were told that it is our responsibility now. This company is a joke. Horrible attitudes in the field and even worse from the office people, no help whatsoever.

Great service, they came out exactly when they said they'd be here. The nicest young man took care of our problem quickly, even though it wasn't what I'd told them it was over the phone. Quick, polite, professional.
