They once came to fix my AC and needed a part they had to order and wait for. Well it was gonna take a few days to get that in so Atlas sent one of their employees to drive and pick up the part in Corpus Christi so they can get everything done in a day. The second time I hired them was a bit of an emergency. I had just replaced the counters in my kitchen and the installer broke something that had to do with the plumbing. I was having a party that same day at my house so I explained to Atlas my emergency and they had someone there to fix it in 30 minutes. This last time I hired them was because my husband broke the faucet outside and the water was leaking everywhere. Atlas sent a super friendly plumber who took care of it pretty quick. Atlas is Professional, Knowledgeable and takes pride with the work that they do. |
