I'm sure if you ask him/her about it, the reply would be “it was raining and I didn't see him” but that excuse won't work on the account that it had just stopped raining on tollway, please know that I'm not into writing bad reviews, however, I did have my kid in the car and this is the only way I can let you know aside from a phone call so please educate your employee on road etiquette.
