I cannot say enough good things about our experience last night. We had a water leak in our building causing us to be without water all day. The first plumber from another company showed up and quickly decided that he didn't want to attempt the repair because of the difficult access. Chris with Roto-Rooter came out soon after. Instead of immediately saying that it couldn't be done, he exhausted all options, made a trip back to the shop, and spent hours at our home to resolve the situation. We are so grateful for his diligence, persistence, and patience. Without him, we would have still been without water this morning. I highly recommend this company and especially Chris. He is proof that there are still good people in this world.

Used them for a leaking faucet. Called first to find out how much they charged for labor and service call and was told they they didn't charge for either. They came out and the only thing they put on the sink was O rings and was only there for 1 hour. Was charged 262.71. On the bill the guy gave me it only had the total and 8.00 for parts. When I called the place to ask what the other charges were I was told that 208.71 was for labor and 38.00 was for some liquid they pour down the sink. I told the woman that the man had not even poured anything down the sink. She didn't even answer to this. They charged me for something that wasn't even done and charged for labor which the plainly told me they didn't. I would not recommend this place or even use them again.
