Will never call these people again! Most ignorant service tech. Called his boss at least four times during 20 min stay asking what to do visible and obvious faucet supply line leak under kitchen sink and sent him picture, to diagnose.Walked in with zero tools. Stepped out twice to retrieve flash light and rag. Quoted cost went up 3x from his original estimate, when he called to consult boss.69 service fee just to send him back without any work done....probably avoided much bigger headache if we let him work!!

Would have given a minus 5 if possible.... had a leak in an upstairs shower.... One Call came... cut a hole in the kitchen ceiling remo ed the lever to turn the shower on said they found the problem and needed a rebuild kit.... left the level out ..... left the hole in the ceiling.... here we are nearly three months later and all I have is a hole in the ceiling, a shower lever on the kitchen counter and a 149 charge.... total garbage DO NOT USE !!
