So then he tried to blame it on the outside pipes. Wrong again. Charged me 100 & left. Toilet still was doing the same thing. I called another plumber, he came over pulled the toilet up, removed what was blocking the line, and now I have a toliet again. So unless you want to spend a bunch of unnecessary money. I would say call someone else. |
