Answering service lady was nice but I Called 3 different times, twice in one day. Was told someone was being dispatched to call me to come out and fix some plumbing issues I had and no one called me. Dont waste your time.

Had septic tank pumped, called and they was here next day felt they could got more out than they did because I still seen septic tank wasn't empty and told worker shouldn't it b all pumped out and he said I got all I can get I have another appt and have to get to them yet I paid for it to b pumped out and it was still visible to eye that it wasn't all pumped and it was suppose to b dug up by them which it was but when it came to covering it back up it was not done well and I had to finish covering it myself and having to put new grass seed down because worker left a mess. I asked for his name he refused to give me his name and wasn't on my receipt. Called company back and tried to leave messages but never got a call back

Called them last night and were told someone would call right back 12 hours later called again response was oh they didn't call you I'll page him again right now 3 hours later office called to set up appointment for tomorrow. I had explained from very beginning I had septic backing up in my bathtub and water coming in from under toilet. I would not not recommend they are suppose to be available 24/7 I could not wait that long had to go elsewhere
