David and James From Mr. Rooter Plumbing came to the rescue after I lost my treasured wedding ring, down the drain, right before Christmas. Not only was it my wedding ring, but it was passed down from my grandmother and had a lot of sentimental value to me. After I called them asking them to come over, they retrieved my ring in record time. I was so relieved! Then something happened that I wasn't expecting. After going over the various payment options, my husband and I knew it would be a challenge to pay for the work they did so well. Just then, David told us that once a year they do Secret Santa. And that this year he decided to choose us. It was completely covered. My husband and I were absolutely shocked, and so grateful.
