I'm normally not the one to put a negative comment however I feel this justifies one. This was the worst experience I've ever had with this company. Needed to get a water heater fixed and the technician that came out had minimal to zero experience on tankless heater, even after giving them the model and type of water heater I had. Long story short, they had to order a part which ended up being the wrong part and after multiple attempts to fix it, the technician manage to break the whole system. Needless to say, another plumbing company had to come in and fix what they should of fixed in the first place. The whole system has to be replaced. Very disappointed and will definitely not recommend this company!

April 29, 2019 we had a Mini Split installed by American HVAC. The receptionist, Sharon, stayed in contact with me thru the entire process which is a big plus for me. Very friendly staff.The Technician that was sent, Reko, was outstanding. He was very knowledgeable about his work. He took time and made sure we understood what he was doing. Very clean and I mean very clean. He took very much care in performing the installation and such care and respect for our belongings.Very courteous and friendly. When he was done, two days after, he called to make sure everything was working properly and that we were satisfied. We are so satisfied, we invited Reko for our 4th of July cookout. Thank you Reko and American Staff. Great work!
