| Crystal Mills | We called them out to pump our septic tank well they pumped all the water out but left all the sewage and when we called and told them they left 3 ft of sewage in the tank they said your suppose to leave a little well I don't know about you but 3 ft of sewage is not just a little bit left. So we asked them if they would come finish the job they got paid for already they said they would for an additional 250 so needless to say we did not have them come back out and we never will. I would recommend finding someone else. |
| Jade Stacy | If I could give this service negative stars I would. First when I got the quote it was 200 when the guy gets here it's 250. I paid the 250 they cleaned my septic out and claimed to out the lid on right. We had heavy rain yesterday and you could see bubbles coming over the lid. They water drained when the rain stopped and I thought everything was fine. Just drained my tub from giving baths and now there is water coming out of the lid of the tank! I called and he is adamant that he put the lid on there right and that if it's full again I'm going to have to pay the 250 again! They are a joke! Don't use them hire a professional!! |
