Called for estimate. A man was at the job site within a couple of hours and completed the estimate on the spot, emailing it to me. I think the estimate was high 4100 for connecting to a water meter 100 feet with a boring machine but the speed of service and responsiveness was very good. This seems like a well run company. If you want quality and speed and are relatively price insensitive, this is probably a good company for you.

We have moved here from Florida and are in the process of repairing a house we purchased. We have had a hard time getting contractor to show, up complete the job or do what they say they were going to do. It has been a bad experience dealing with contractors or inspectors, etc. When we decided to call Pipe Wrench we turned a corner in professionalism. They called, they showed up and they had extremely knowledgeable and professional employees, who also seemed very happy to be working for Pipe Wrench. That does make a difference, employees being happy where they work and being treated correctly. They told us what they were going to do and the did it. Of all the people that have showed or not showed up to our house in the past few months, they are one of only 3 that have kept their word, did what they said and provided an honest, reliable fair service.
