Chase was very professional and well mannered. From the minute he came through the door he respected my home and pets. He LOVES animals! I asked 100 questions and he answered each one with a great attitude. He even found other issues I didn't know I had and fixed them while he was here as well. I would highly recommend Chase and Hiller Plumbing Heating Cooling and Electrical!

Hiller was quick to respond on a Sunday. Their technician kept me informed on when he would arrive. Very quick to determine the problem and provide me with options. He had all the necessary parts and water heater at the shop. He left and returned quickly and removed and replaced my old 40 gal water heater with a new more efficient 50 gal water heater. Steve did an awesome job and he took all the trash and old water heater with him. There are no problems when you call Hiller!

Hiller did a great Job. My tech was on time and very polite. The company sent a text with a picture of my tech. With today's world that's a awesome safety feature. He kept us informed with everything he was doing and any issues he found with pictures. We had 2 parts that had to be fixed and showed his testing to confirm these items were bad. Also showed items that will need attention in the near future. My tech even showed me a picture under the house where the ants have taken over, he didn't have to say anything about that issue. I thought that was awesome to give me a heads up about a issue that they don't do but he observed. Thank you Hiller. Great job on hiring this tech. I did join there hiller club, I believe it will pay for itself in the end.
