Charles White	Alan installed the plumbing when we built our house in 2004. At that time his workers had left the valve on the ice maker open when they turned on the water at the street which caused our kitchen to flood. The newly installed hardwood floor had to be replaced and Alan did not want to accept responsibility for it. We had to hire a lawyer to get him to even file an insurance claim to pay for the damage minus the lawyer's fees of course. Fast forward to today when we discovered water leaking in the front yard. We called a plumber to repair it and he reported that he was shocked it lasted 15 years at the angle the pipe was installed in relation to the meter, not to mention the fact that the pipes weren't sealed with glue. We've had a few other minor plumbing issues as well throughout the years that shouldn't have been present in a newly constructed home. Would definitely not recommend this company for anything, especially new construction.
