Scheduled and arrived in a timely manner and no leaks after work is about all that was positve with this company. Undermount sink needed remounting as it was dropping. Silicone is rough around edges where sink meets the granite due to already drying before sink was re seated. Plumber even stated that. Still peeling away where it was left exposed because a final finish caulking at seam was never done. Sink is deeply scratched along top divider which I didn't notice until later, as I was focused on plumber "explaining away" the rough edges of silicone and why he couldn't put a bead of caulking to finish the edge! All this for 695. Didn't bother calling about these issues because when I called the first time for clarity on the cost, woman answering phone and supposed female owner was very curt with zero compassion. Not alot of choices for reputable work in Crossville but since, have used Cobb plumbing who was fairly priced and did good work.
