Having our furnace fail in cold weather very near the holidays the entire Roger's staff made our experience so very easy. Within minutes provided electric heaters, next day determined which furnace would fit our needs, and in a few days installed. All involved were on time, courteous & very helpful with instruction of new systems.

Great people to work with all around. Michael has been to our home a couple times for different projects and he is the absolute best to work with! Highly recommend

I had called and scheduled to have someone come over to give me a quote on installing an AC unit. The person came on a Thursday and told me he would email me the quote by the end of the day that day. Next day came around and still did not receive the quote. I called asking if they knew when I would get the quote due to hot summer months coming quick and wanting time to make sure everything gets installed. I was told that the person who was to send the quote was out of town for the rest of the week and I will get the quote Monday morning. Well here it is next Thursday and still no quote. Roger's plumbing and heating obviously do not care about getting any new customers nor care about providing good customer experience. Needless to say, didn't go with them to get my AC installed nor will I recommend them to anyone. If I have to do so much just to get a price on their service, who knows what else they blow off!
