Shannon Merk	We have had our system for 18 years. We enjoy the benefits of filtered drinking water and water softener and conditioning. Our glasses are crystal clear wash after wash in the dishwasher and we use half as much soap for laundry, dishes, and bathing. The system uses very little salt as it generates on demand rather than by timer. In all these years the system has had one minor repair. The repair was quick and our home was left as if no one had been there. Our dog even enjoyed the drinking water and refused to drink anything but that. We have definitely enjoyed all 18 years and look forward to many more with Kinetico.
Matthew Meyer	If I could give them 0 stars I would! We had a water filtration system installed in April of 2018. November of 2018 the in waterline popped out the back and flooded our entire kitchen and basement of our home! Kinetico did NOTHING to reimburse us for the system that didn't even last a year and We definitely do not want another installed in our home. Still haven't received any kind of settlement from the whole deal! Thank you for ruining our home kinetico!
