This place is a joke I bought a lifetime warranty Klein screwdriver from them and they wouldn't warranty it because I had it for more then a year. If you want tools just go to Amazon instead of this place. The company I work for spends thousands of dollars a year buying parts from this place and they can't even take care of there customers. What is annoying is I wasted my time driving 45 minutes for probably about a 10 screwdriver. Go to a place that takes care of you for tools like Home Depot.
