We had Blackburn Basement come give us a quote on what we thought was a foundation crack causing a leak in our basement. A different company had already been out and had planned a certain approach. Blackburn very nicely explained why they wouldn't do that and suggested we open up the wall to see what was actually going on. Well they saved us a ton of money! The problem ended up having nothing to do with the foundation, but they still answered my questions about what we found on a weekend! promptly and professionally. Highly recommend!

I spent 11k on clean space wall system on half the wall which was a loosely tacked on sheet of plastic. The left a mess of cardboard and concrete left frozen on ice in my driveway. Broke my siding putting the discharge pipe in. Took out the landing of my steps and never replaced it. Put the sani dry system in a spot where i can't even use washing machine now, when i said something about it, they said that us what the map has. They were late both days starting until after 11 am.

We had the basement drainage system put in and are extremely happy with the service and the product. we have not had a drop of water since it was installed. Which prompted us to hire Blackburn to raise our cement pad. we are also happy with that. Blackburn Rocks
