Their installer was professional, courteous, and did a fantastic job. He did a great job of installing the water heater and also cleaned everything up. Took the old water heater with him and the job was done. They do great work.
Patsy Burkholder	Requested a patch for a very small drip in easily accessed pvc pipe, plumber split pipe by installing a trap instead, took 3 days for carpet to dry! Also charged for work NOT DONE. Talked to office twice about this fiasco. No adjustments were made. Krohmer has lost a long term customer. Will never use them again!
