Shannon and Brice came to my house for a slow draining bath tub. They tried everything they could to clear my clog but nothing worked. My pipes are still the old metal pipes. Brice was waiting on Shannon to get prices to replace the pipes that was gonna be very very costly, Brice had an idea and wanted to try one more thing. Well it worked and it saved me a bundle. These 2 young men were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I will use them for my plumbing from now on. Thank you

Clients need to be very careful with this company. The first plumber a young man came and fixed our drain line for a reasonable fee. The second plumber owner? charged us 85 for an estimate. He peeked in our crawl space second home and declared that the everything needed replacement, including a fair amount of copper piping. If the company demands a fee for an estimate, then call another company.

I heard this company had a bad reputation. However since I have been using them, I have not shared the poor experience. They come quickly and get the job done. They also recently brought on a very hard working and knowledgeable plumber from another company. He is amazing, knows his stuff, and is honest. I will definitely keep using Best Plumbing.
