I wish I could give more than 5 stars. However I had one of the best experiences ever, with Justin regarding maintenance on my HVAC system. I thought I had an issue with my unit due to the cold weather but he determined it was a wiring issue with the thermostat. I had installed a smart thermostat and he diagnosed the issue and patiently worked to resolve the issue. He spent quite some time on the phone with me and the manufacturer of the thermostat. When we thought it was all fixed and attempted to add the device back to my app we had an issue. We spent another 45+ minutes and finally found a work around. I can't thank him enough for his patience and willingness to work until it was 100 completed and I was satisfied. This level of service is very rare indeed. I would highly recommend Best Services of Oconee and they have earned my business.
