I spoke to a woman on the phone 2-3 times to discuss our issue and try to schedule someone to assess the possibility of replacing PB pipes in a home we are under contract on and give us an estimate. The plumber came out and we discussed results on the phone. The plumber had no idea why the call was placed to estimate pipe replacement and just looked at the toilets and other water systems. We now have to schedule a different company to come out at our expense to give us the answers we should have already had. The plumber I spoke to was very helpful, but after multiple calls to customer service to discuss a re-pipe before scheduling, he should have been given accurate information about why he was being sent on a service call.

My apartment complex hired Elite plumbing to replace pipes in all the apts. It was supposed to take 2 weeks, and it took 3.5 weeks, they NEVER removed their shoes even when it was raining out and tracked mud EVERYWHERE. They had no regard for personal things and damaged a previously dent-free wooden china cabinet and got drywall dust all over my computer and everything. They left doors unlocked and wide freaking open. Anyone could have sneaked in and stolen something or cased the place. The workers are terribly unprofessional and discuss crude topics and flirt with each other right in front of you. On top of everything, their manager/supervisor didn't seem to care about any of it.
