Chad & Mike were friendly and knowledgeable installing my new tankless hot water heater & whole home filtration system. Chad explained what they were going to do and did this all day job without even taking a lunch break. They were very courteous & neat. They were very careful removing my old hot water tank from my attic without making any mess. I'm very please with their workmanship and job completion. I recommend Brothers Plumbing very highly.

Working with Lowes on a project has not been a good experience but Brothers Plumbing service stepped in to save the day. The service guy Selvin is amazing, he provided information on a level that made everything very clear and easy to understand. He saw how frustrated I was as I begin to explain my situation in dealing with Lowes and the installation regarding my counter tops. They were suppose to have someone set up to disconnect and reconnect my kitchen plumbing but the communication with them has been a horrible experience and very time consuming. Selvin was able to get it done without the spec from Lowes. He even told me a joke that made me laugh after my crying spell. Thank you so much for the outstanding customer service. Customer for life.
