| missie hunter | My Dad always did business with Mr. Chapman the old man. So we called when we needed their services again. The sons are now doing it. It took a week of "I'll be there tomorrow" to get a quote, a week of sitting and waiting, no phone calls...then when they Finally did the work, they busted the water line in the yard, stated it was fixed, got paid, and left...but it wasn't fixed. It was only built up water pressure. Apparently, they blew pressure reducing valve. Said they would be out next morning to repair. No show, after 10 phone calls, I got in touch with a potty mouth guy, stating he would be out. Still sitting here waiting...no water, no phone call, no nothing. Worst customer service skills I've encountered with anyone. It would be different if it was just a couple hundred dollars, but we're talking thousands of dollars worth of work! Needless to say, we'll never be doing business with them again! But it was done quickly. |
