Absolutely hands down worst customer service. Only 15 people allowed in at a time and rather than have the line go under the roof so folks can wait in the shade they make you stand in line in the fire lane. You can forget about getting any help with their stihl products too. Sure they'll sell you stuff but trying to get anything done in parts and service is a nightmare. I sat on the phone phone for 20 minutes waiting for these people and they never did get back to me. And this isnt isolated. Its typical here. Their products are way over priced too. Sick of dealing with them. I hate that they're the only place in moncks corner.

I received a welcome to the neighborhood coupon and decided to give Marvin's a try. Every single associate that I encountered was positive and helpful. Their selection was far greater than I expected. I definitely will shop Marvin's first in the future.

No need to go now, they just allow a couple people at a time in so unless you have half a day to wait dont bother. They should just close because although it helps the employees the 15 to 20 people waiting outside are all standing at the door, would be safer to let them spread out in the store.
