I ask why and wasn't given a reason! He also said he does tile work in the bathrooms and would email pictures of his work which never came after I requested them 3 times! His non responsiveness ensured I'll never call him or recommend him for anything ever! No sense in acting like this! Totally unprofessional !!! |

Robert went above and beyond helping me navigate the "waters with the insurance adjustor" and did more than he actually had to do. He was very kind and efficient. His assistant, Phyllis, is extremely knowledgable on exterior design and with painting. His wife was very patient with me explaining the contract, etc. I can say this is truly a caring and efficient company and the pricing was way below other estimates that I received. But pricing was the not the reason I eventually went with 1st Maintenance; it was the caring and Robert's caring attitude that sold me on this company along with his working history. |
