| The Dunning Dynasty | We needed another toilet replace but this time it was very different. Previously we got it done and it took less than 15 minutes and the gentleman cleaned up behind himself and hauled off our old toilet. This time around we were quoted a different price before finding our receipt with the correct amount and this gentleman did not clean up behind himself. He also wanted to charge extra for hauling off the old toilet. Overall, Roto-rooter is great and have excellent customer service, however the gentleman they sent out this time had poor customer service. |
