| Sharon Deming | Joshua came out on a Saturday afternoon. I had a major blockage somewhere in the pipes under my house. I couldn't use either toilet, and sewage was backing up in my shower. My house is only 2 years old. Joshua spent over an hour with me. He discovered a blockage from outside - possibly a cracked pipe. He cleared the blockage with his 175' power snake, made sure I was good to go for the week-end and scheduled Jeff to come out on Monday with a camera to see exactly what and where the problem is. Joshua was patient, thorough, and kind. I appreciated all he is doing for me. He explained the costs upfront and I thought they were more than fair!!! I strongly disagree with that sarcastic customer who wrote a review 2 years ago. I highly recommend Best Rate Plumbing. |
