Kristy Phillips	FYI this company tells you an hourly rate on the phone, but when they show up they try and demand more after the work is done. I can prove he was at our house for less than an hour and a half and he advised us that we owed 425. 375 for 3 hours and 50 for after hours. First off, we DID NOT order him as after hours. He was supposed to be at our house at 1 pm but failed to show until 5 :07 pm. When we questioned him about the 3 hour and advised him that it was only 1 hour and 14 minutes he had been there I have proof from time of gate pass issuance to time the cameras have his tag leaving the community; he then changed his story stating it is 375 an hour plus the 50 for after hours. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.. For a lot less than what he demands, you can have the biggest plumbing companies, that guarantee their work and show up when scheduled come and do your work and for A LOT LESS than what he charges!
