Called Vines Plumbing with a sewer line back up. The ladies on the phone were very polite and accommodating explaining my charges and making an appointment to perform my requested services. I was scheduled for service to be between 12 and 4 pm the same day as my request. I received an email from the technician, a gentleman named David Brennan who called much ahead of the appointment that had been scheduled and to my surprise arrived a few hours sooner! Mr. Brennan assessed my problems quickly and addressed it with a professional manner seldom seen here from many contractors. Mr. Brennan handled the job quickly and knowledgeable, politely! When I need a plumber, I will certainly call Vines, and without a doubt ask specifically for David Brennan! He is a great asset to your company! Thank you!
