I was on the brink of tears in my home literally. Water was everywhere and my level of frustration and anger was at a all time high. When I say in all my years I've never met someone as professional, caring, responsive as Eli Elliot. He simply showed he cared and was there to HELP in my time of need. He literally took the weight off of me and allowed me to breath again knowing that the job was in the right hands. He talked me through everything that was going to be done all the way through! He was very knowledgeable about what was being done and going on and that was a total comfort!! Please thank him for me and recognize him he is an excellent employee!!!!

This crew came when called and stayed until the job was done. They did an excellent job. They identified the issue and worked to come up with a solution.
