I had Plumb Pro out to my house to install new faucets after having new granite put my bathroom. Not only was Dalton professional and clean, he cleaned up after himself and the faucets look great and work perfectly. We purchased the plum pro lifetime protection and they are suppose to have assistance 24/7/365. Well called today and said no help for us until after the weekend. And we have no hot water heater working which is very difficult to shower in the winter. They did not care and said they can't pull any thing out off there @& to help us. Then she hung up on us.
