| Frank Roper | I don't want to offend the majority of the employees at this store. I have been using this store for over 20 years. Today I came in and the front was busy and I could not get anyone's attention. So, I started to browse around the store and look for a free employee. I went to the back and saw an employee walking toward me at a fast clip. I said I need some propane. He said, "Did you tell anybody upfront". I said they were busy with a line of about 4 people. He said OK...let's get you some propane! So...it was not what he said...he was unfriendly about it. I come in there all the time to get propane...1-2 times per month. I was in no hurry and if he had something else to do I could have waited. When we got outside there was a line of around 3 people to get propane. Nobody has ever been rude to me at this store before so I am disappointed. |
