Firstly this is 2019 the fact that I have to take off of work to pay this bill all the way in Chester 30 mins from my house during work hours is utterly ridiculous. Then of course you hear well you can pay online - only if you have a check book. Again - this is 2019 most people don't pay 40 for a check book. Also the website says that we would have an online payment system by December 2018. It is now a week from March 2019. Still no system. Secondly you can never get in touch with anyone at the office and always get put on hold and then eventually hung up on. I need my bill adjusted and they told me they would have someone come check. No one came. I had to call several times over 3 weeks for someone to tell me the work order was never put in. I mean everything about this just freaking ridiculous. I am literally moving out of Chester county souly based on the water company.
