From management to employees its all very cliqueish, the older employees don't want to help you learn anything unless you're their relative which there are a lot of and management sees you as less than human. Overall I wasted 2 years trying to learn and do my job better but in the end I was let go due to restructuring and economic climate. There is no training, the benefits aren't very beneficial.
