First off, if you do make sure you give a 30 day notice because if not, they will take your deposit 550 which is a lot of money to just give away. Also, they charge you an instant late fee of 50 and they will not work with you when it comes to paying your monthly rent. Some people get paid differently and can't have it until a certain date. The mice are horrible!!!! If you're like me and are afraid of mice, DO NOT RENT. We had a terrible mice problem. We caught 3 mice in 1 week and 5 in a month. We had to buy our own mice traps and moth balls. As a tenant, we shouldn't be responsible for that. When we voiced our concern, Brandy's response was “well we have them too, you can't expect that this time of the year”. I complained until they finally sent pest control out. When moving out, Jerry tried to find a problem so we would be held responsible for it, mind you we didn't get our deposit back. I will never rent from this company again. They are very MONEY HUNGRY! Save the trouble, you guys have been warned! |
