I went to the store to get it replaced, was notified that they couldn't exchange it with out receipt. Now mindful I have been a contractor for well over 25 years, and not one time have I ever ran into this problem. Just to let everyone know how new this tool was I had the bread tie that the cord is wrapped with also, so I literally just untied it this morning. All I can say is the customer service at the Clemson bulivard st Home Depot in sc has no intentions of serving the customers that have been faithfully buying their products!
