I 100 recommend Gem for their top notch service from start to finish. When I discovered I had no heat in my home I didn't know who to call. I had heard and seen commercials for Gem but had never worked with them. I was so worried about what was ahead of me so I decided to give them a call. Best idea ever!. They had a serviceman at my home the same day. He was very patient with me, addressing my questions and concerns. When it was determined my furnace had died, he calmly walked me through the steps... he even arranged for the sales team to meet with me the very next day. The sales rep spent a lot of time helping me work through all the details and then scheduled the installation. The team arrived right on time, did a fantastic job every step of the way and did not hesitate to answer all of my questions!! Everyone I dealt with was genuinely pleasant, professional and very helpful. Five stars to the Gem crew... I know I hired the best!

Had a great experience with Rob, Don, and Gabriel. My boiler from the 50s finally needed replacing and these guys got the job done in one day ! Very friendly techs that completed the job in a clean professional manner. Rob made sure my heat and hot water were fully up and running before they left even though it was getting late in the day. Service like this is the reason I use GEM and would reccomend them to anyone.

Everyone Ive worked with at GEM has been great. Ive worked with some of their electricians, plumbers, and office staff. Everyone has been courteous, prompt, and helpful. We had some light fixtures that needed repair, a thermal tank and water heater replaced, boiler repaired, faucet replaced, and have had no issues. They also have certain subscription service type plans which is saving me 1000 on the water heater and boiler services.
