Battavio replaced our heat pump/air conditioning system. Bill H. the maintenance manager provided literature on several options of a quality brand unit and explained the benefits of each. The installation by Reese L., Brendan P., and Andrew M., was done in a very professional manner in one day. They worked hard continuously being careful to to keep the house clean in the process. They removed all of the old equipment and left no trace. At the end, Reese showed me each location where work was done and explained how the system will work. Both the heating and cooling functions were tested before leaving. Reese will also register the unit with the manufacturer and with PECO. And yes it is heating the house more efficiently than our old unit did in recent memory. I highly recommend the services of Battavio.
