Went to see what they were working on and the owner said "it needed replacing" that is OK , however, I was not knowledgeable at the time about this, Need to be replaced of course with the same size unit, and now unable to use our Jacuzzi and tub for medical reasons without the basement flooding. UGH! Horrible. Took advantage of homeowner. |
