Steve Bloser	Don't hesitate. Old fashioned plumber with no website and few reviews. Had him replace a pressure reducer in a difficult spot in June 2018. He had an innovative solution, put everything together, had a very small leak, and said he was "off the clock" to fix it. Then he tore it all apart and redid it, and said he would do again if problems develop. Very cheap for State College. Nice guy, respectful of your home, would use him again.
